ERIK DUMANTAY
Even though Erik is not a Mu, he is an Honorary Mu! Erik brings to the Foundation's BOD over six years of professional experience in higher education, specifically working with first-generation students. Erik began managing a college access and completion coaching program in Austin, and most recently played a big role in developing and implementing a program at UT-Austin. The UT-Austin program aims to support its undocumented students through the university's Division of Diversity and Community Engagement. More recently, Erik graduated with a master's degree in social work and finished a final practicum with the Austin Police Department. Erik is excited to be joining the Mu Epsilon Theta Foundation's Board and looks forward to supporting and growing the mission of the sorority.
RUBY MCQUADE
Ruby is a UT alum living in Austin, TX with her beloved dog, Stella. She joined the Foundation in December 2016. She has previously served as Secretary of Communications on the sorority board of directors and was a part of the Charter Committee team.
WINDSOR SMITH
Windsor is a founding member of the Gamma Chapter at Arizona State University. She graduated from ASU in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in journalism and a master's degree in mass communication. During her time in Mu Epsilon Theta, Windsor served as Alumni Coordinator, Historian, and Webmaster. She currently lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico and works as a news producer at the local ABC affiliate.
